Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for a Lab Information System (LIS) Analyst to join our remote team at US Fertility.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation: $80,000 to $85,000 (commensurate with experience)

In this role, the Lab Information System (LIS) Analyst will:

Act as a liaison between vendors and clinical staff when new updates and workflow changes occur

Act as a system administrator for creating and maintaining user credentials and access privileges in relevant systems

Work in collaboration with Health Informatics and Integrations Manager to support integration efforts including supporting new lab equipment and new practices

Function as an LIS Super User aiding clinical staff as needed

Collaborate with leadership across all departments on enhancement initiatives, including participating in User Acceptance Testing and reviewing corresponding release notes

Support and help troubleshoot end user needs related to the LIS and supported applications

Work in collaboration with Clinical Operations and Clinical Education teams across USF to update, add, and/or delete protocols, templates, and/or other pertinent clinical information within the LIS

Work in collaboration with the USF IT department to implement new LIS clinical programs and educate staff on use of new programs

Some travel is required

Some on-call holiday hours are required

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include: 

Bachelor's degree in a clinical or allied health field

Proven working knowledge and a minimum of 4+ years’ experience with proprietary Practice software

Demonstrated organization, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills

Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to establish professional relationships and work well with physicians, supervisors, and subordinates

Strong attention to detail

Works well independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team

Effective time management and organizational skills
