About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Label and Specification Team Manager to lead our regulatory delivery across Dutch, EU &  global markets.

In this role, you will manage a team of technical and regulatory experts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality specification, pack copy, and artwork services for Dutch & international clients. You will act as the senior client contact, providing clear, practical guidance to support compliant product launches across multiple countries.

This is a key leadership role, combining team management, management reporting, client engagement, and operational delivery. You will play an important part in strengthening client relationships, improving ways of working, and contributing to the continued commercial growth of our international services.

What You Will Be Doing:

Leading Service Delivery

Oversee the delivery of regulatory services for our clients

Ensure all outputs are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time

Provide clear, risk-based regulatory advice across international markets

Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all client work

Managing Client Relationships

Act as the senior point of contact for key clients

Build strong, collaborative partnerships and manage client expectations

Lead client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions

Support account growth through excellent service delivery and insight

Leading and Developing Your Team

Manage, coach, and develop a team of regulatory professionals

Set clear objectives and support ongoing performance and development

Create a positive, high-performing team culture

Act as an escalation point for technical and operational queries

Driving Operational Excellence

Manage the planning and allocate resources to meet client demand and deadlines

Monitor workload, utilisation, and service performance

Identify and implement improvements to processes and ways of working

Support forecasting and capacity planning

Reporting monthly/quarterly business data

Project and Commercial Management

Lead client projects from proposal through to delivery

Deliver quoting, proposals, and service planning

Ensure projects meet timelines, quality standards, and commercial expectations

Contribute to the development and growth of services

Reporting and Continuous Improvement

Monitor performance through KPIs and service metrics

Contribute to internal and client reporting

Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement

Support innovation and best practice development

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in client delivery management,

Strong knowledge of international food labelling and compliance requirements

Experience leading or mentoring teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Commercial awareness and a solution-focused mindset

Degree in food science/law, commercial economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
