Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Salary Range: $300,000–$550,000+ DOE, plus bonus and full benefits package

Overview

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced labor & employment attorney looking to handle a mix of employment litigation and advisory work for regional and national employers across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities
• Advising employers on labor & employment matters including workplace policies, employee relations, wage & hour issues, and discrimination claims.
• Handling employment litigation matters in state and federal court.
• Representing employers before agencies including the EEOC and NLRB.
• Drafting employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies.

Qualifications
• Licensed and in good standing in Georgia.
• Significant management-side labor & employment experience.
• Strong litigation and counseling background.
• Excellent writing, advocacy, and client management skills.
• Portable business welcomed but not required.
