LAYOUT Development
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Undertake the layout design tasks for mixed-signal circuits, ensuring effective isolation and collaboration between analog and digital signals;
2. Responsible for high-speed circuit design, including layout planning and implementation of high-speed interfaces such as LPDDR5, PCIE Gen4, DP, MIPI, UFS4.0, ensuring signal integrity;
3. Lead the layout design of ten-layer and above multilayer circuit boards, reasonably plan the wiring of each layer, and optimize electromagnetic compatibility;
4. Participate in the early stage of project planning, collaborate and communicate with hardware engineers, structural engineers, and thermal simulation engineers, and provide professional advice related to PCB design;
5. Conduct self-check and optimization on the completed layout design, and cooperate to complete the product testingverification work.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, communications, computer science, automation, or related fields;
2. Proficient in Cadence PCB design software, capable of independently completing package drawing, layout routing, and board file output;
3. Familiar with circuit principles, possess basic circuit analysis skills, and understand design standards for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and safety regulations (ESD);
4. Possess five years or more of layout design experience, with the ability to independently complete HDI, FPC, and 10-layer or above PCB designs;
5. Familiar with the layout design essentials for high-speed signals such as LPDDR5, PCIE Gen4, DP, MIPI, UFS4.0, and USB3.2;
6. Familiar with the layout design essentials for power supplies such as LDO, DCDC, and PMIC;
7. Familiar with PCB manufacturing processes, as well as PCBA manufacturing and assembly;
8. Familiar with layout design standards and requirements for automotive electronic products; candidates with design and development experience in the automotive field are preferred.
9. Good English reading and writing skills, with preference given to candidates who have participated in overseas projects.
