Lead Blockchain Developer

We are building a new decentralized platform and are looking for a Lead Blockchain Developer to own smart contract architecture, NFT minting, marketplace logic, and wallet integration on an EVM-compatible chain.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, write, test, and deploy Solidity smart contracts on an EVM-compatible blockchain.

- Implement ERC-721 or ERC-1155 based NFT contracts with custom logic for ownership verification and reward distribution.

- Integrate smart contracts with the backend (Node.js/Express) and frontend (React/Next.js) via Web3.js or Ethers.js.

- Write automated tests (Hardhat/Truffle/Foundry) and deploy to testnet/mainnet.

- Maintain technical documentation for smart contracts and on-chain processes.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of blockchain development experience, with 8+ years of development experience.

- Proven experience writing production-grade Solidity smart contracts (ERC-721, ERC-1155, ERC-20).

- Strong knowledge of Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry for testing and deployment.

- Ability to integrate smart contracts with Node.js backends (REST APIs, event listening).

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior work on NFT marketplaces, creator royalty platforms, or collaborative Web3 projects.

- Active contributor to open-source blockchain projects.
