You will be responsible for managing inbound opportunities, building relationships, following up relentlessly, and converting leads into paying customers.

Top performers will have significant earning potential through commissions and bonuses tied directly to results.

 

What Success Looks Like

Your job is simple:

Convert opportunities into sales.

Every day you will:

Respond to inbound leads

Build trust with prospects

Understand customer needs

Present solutions

Handle objections

Follow up consistently

Drive appointments

Drive sales

You will manage your pipeline through CRM systems such as HubSpot, HighLevel, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar platforms.

Every lead must have:

An owner

A status

A next action

A documented outcome

No leads are forgotten.

No opportunities are wasted.

Required Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following:

Call Center Sales

Inbound Sales

High-Ticket Sales

Financial Services Sales

Insurance Sales

SaaS Sales

Telecommunications Sales

Customer Acquisition

Lead Conversion

Experience using CRM platforms such as:

HubSpot

HighLevel

Salesforce

Zoho

Pipedrive

Microsoft Dynamics

Similar CRM systems

Fluent English and Spanish required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

US Eastern Time business hours

Some Saturday availability required
