After becoming a leading player in a few markets in record time, we are looking to grow our engineering team and keep building the financial infrastructure for FX and cross-border payments in Africa.

Role overview
You will join a small team of experienced engineers and contribute to a diverse range of internal tools and customer-facing products. Your solutions will help grow and run a payment infrastructure that processes millions of euros of transactions per day.
This role requires a customer-centric mindset, the ability to balance effort and impact, and clear communication with both engineers and non-engineers to discover great technical solutions.

Key responsibilities
Build and ship React web applications.

Design intuitive user interface.

Communicate cross-team to collect requirements and feedbacks.

Contribute to product research and create wireframes.

Work closely with backend engineers to design APIs and coordinate shipping.

Perform rigorous testing.

Leverage AI-driven development practices.

What we are looking for
6+ years of experience building web products.

Experience working in a small high-paced team.

Product builder and customer-centric mindset.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to navigate trade-offs and balance effort vs impact.
