We are building a high-performance sales and operations team and are seeking a Lead Generalist Supervisor to take on a key leadership role focused on revenue growth, team development, and operational execution.

Role Overview

The Lead Generalist Supervisor is responsible for both generating revenue and leading a team of Lead Generalists. This is a producing leadership role that combines sales performance with team management.

The Supervisor will:

Close residential and commercial service deals

Support and improve team sales performance

Manage and develop a team of 2–4 Lead Generalists

Drive weekly and monthly revenue targets

This role is designed for individuals ready to move from individual sales into leadership while maintaining strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

Close residential and commercial service deals

Follow up with inbound leads and outbound opportunities

Assist team members in closing deals and improving performance

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets

Team Leadership & Coaching

Manage a team of 2–4 Lead Generalists

Provide training, coaching, and daily support

Monitor team performance, activity, and results

Maintain accountability and consistent execution across the team

Operations & Systems

Utilize BookingKoala and internal systems to manage jobs and clients

Ensure accurate notes, scheduling, and communication

Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction standards

Hiring & Team Growth

Assist with onboarding and training new Lead Generalists

Support team expansion and staffing goals

Help build and maintain a fully staffed, high-performing team

Compensation Structure

This role offers a multi-layered commission and bonus structure:

Personal Sales Commission

Residential: 12%–16% per job

Commercial: 10%–15% per contract

Team Revenue Override

Earn 1%–2% on total team revenue

Bonuses & Incentives

Weekly volume bonuses based on performance

Recurring contract bonuses with ongoing monthly earnings

Performance accelerator opportunities with increased commission rates

Milestone bonuses tied to revenue and growth targets

Monthly KPI bonus pool based on performance metrics

Earning Potential

Uncapped income

Qualifications

Required

Experience in sales, customer service, or commission-based roles

Strong communication and closing skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and conversations

Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset

Leadership ability or readiness to step into a leadership role

Preferred

Experience in home services, cleaning, or field services

Prior team leadership or supervisory experience

Familiarity with CRM or scheduling systems

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Work Environment & Schedule

Remote-based position

Flexible scheduling with expectation of availability during peak hours

Weekend availability is preferred and incentivized
