About This Role: 
We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving BuzzTechMedia’s growth by identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients who can benefit from our digital and virtual assistance services. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Research and identify potential clients across various industries and markets 

Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using CRM and data tools 

Conduct outreach through email, social media, and professional platforms to generate interest 

Qualify inbound and outbound leads for sales opportunities 

Continuously optimize lead-generation strategies for better performance and conversion rates 

What We’re Looking For: 

Lead generation, business development, or sales experience is preferred but not required  

Excellent communication and research skills 

Proficiency with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and online prospecting tools 

Organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset 

Self-starter with the ability to work independently  

Enthusiastic about connecting with people and helping businesses find value in digital solutions
