Job Responsibilities:

As a Lead Math Instructor/Tutor, you'll:

* Lead, coach, and collaborate with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
* Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
* Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
* Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices
* Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
* Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
* Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* A passion for math and working with students
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Eagerness to learn and be trained
* Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
* Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities
