We are looking for a Lead .NET Engineer for our customer, one of the largest European suppliers of doors, garage doors, frames, and operators for use in the private, trade, and industrial sectors alone or in group settings.
As a Lead .NET engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications. You will also lead a team of talented engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our business requirements and technical standards.

This is you
7+ years of commercial experience with .NET (C#)

Strong experience with.NET 6 and above

Proficient in PostgreSQL

Good understanding of RESTful services

Expertise in Azure Cloud

Experience with RabbitMQ

Knowledge of Serilog

Hands-on experience with Container Apps, Key Vault and Storage

Excellent communication skills

Team Leading experience

English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice-to-have skills:
Experience with MassTransit

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep

Familiarity with Helm

Experience with Duende IdentityServer

This is your role
Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of .NET developers

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project guidelines

Develop and maintain modern backend applications using .NET and C# technologies

Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices

Collaborate with the product team to implement new features and improve existing systems

Ensure code quality through code reviews and automated testing

Analyze and fix bugs, as well as continuously optimize performance

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve any issues or bugs in the integrations

Introduce new approaches, technologies, the realization of own potential by pursuing interests of business
