About PushOwl (Brevo - Ecommerce).

PushOwl is a fast-growing eCommerce SaaS company serving 50,000+ customers globally, primarily in the US and Europe. We help brands like Levi’s, Louis Vuitton, Tissot, Chanel, and L’Occitane drive revenue through targeted marketing. We are part of Brevo and are building a powerful omnichannel marketing suite.

About the Role: We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Lead – Partnerships to own and scale our agency and ecosystem partnerships at PushOwl (Brevo - Ecommerce).
This role will be responsible for building high-impact collaborations, driving revenue through partners, and shaping our partnerships strategy end-to-end.

What You’ll Own

Lead and scale agency & strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth

Define and execute the partnerships strategy aligned with business goals

Build and manage high-value relationships with key agency partners

Identify, onboard, and activate new partners within the Shopify ecosystem

Drive co-marketing initiatives and demand generation with partners

Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms

Track, analyse, and optimise partner performance and ROI

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams

You are comfortable with targets, negotiations, and revenue ownership

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development

Experience in the eCommerce / SaaS

Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimise performance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

Experience working in a remote/startup environment

Prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members
