What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles (backend, frontend, infrastructure, etc.)

    Hands-on with sourcing and recruiting for backend roles

    Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and hiring strategies

    Design and improve interview processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and strong signal

    Develop and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline

    Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve performance and decision-making

    Mentor or guide other recruiters as the team grows



    What We’re Looking For

    8+ years of experience in technical recruiting, some of them in high-growth or startup environments

    Proven track record hiring software engineers (especially backend)

    Strong sourcing skills

    Ability to assess technical profiles and ask meaningful, signal-driven questions

    High ownership and autonomy - proactive

    Strong communication skills (clear, concise, and honest)
