We’re looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer who can drive the full spectrum of design work - from strategic research and user journey mapping to crafting pixel-perfect, high-fidelity interfaces. You’ll lead by example, guiding a small design team and collaborating closely with product owners, the art director, and developers to ensure our products are not only visually stunning but also intuitive, accessible, and user-centered.
About You:
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 1-2 years in a lead role
Experience in the gaming industry
Proven experience managing and mentoring other designers
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UX process and UI design execution
Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools
Deep understanding of responsive, adaptive, and cross-platform design principles
Ability to create and validate wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design process across multiple projects, from discovery to delivery
Mentor and guide other designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of design excellence
Define and uphold UX and UI standards, ensuring consistency across all products
Conduct and apply user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
Create visually compelling and functional UI layouts that align with brand and product strategy
Collaborate closely with product owner, art director, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into elegant user experiences
Iterate designs based on data, feedback, and evolving requirements
Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and emerging design practices
Contribute to a collaborative and inspiring design culture
