Tasks

What You Will Do

  • Conduct professional, meaningful conversations with
    prospective clients
  • Proactively prospect and identify new potential clients
  • Support individuals in clarifying their goals and determining
    whether our programs are a good fit
  • Build and maintain authentic, long-term client relationships
  • Guide decision-making processes with clarity, neutrality, and
    respect
  • Use CRM tools to manage client pathways, follow-ups, and
    activity
  • Work remotely with flexible hours (minimum 10–15 hours per
    week), suitable alongside other commitments

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in leadership, business
    development, coaching, or self-employment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain consistent
    activity
  • Comfort with prospecting, outreach, and building new client
    relationships
  • Excellent English skills
  • Interest in personal and professional development
  • Ability to communicate in a grounded, human way
  • Alignment with a team culture that values self-awareness and
    authenticity
