Learning & Performance Coord I
This position is responsible for managing the essential tasks for the Learning & Performance department of MidFirst Bank. The ideal candidate should excel in multi-tasking, possess strong communication skills, prioritize customer service, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities, for this position, include but are not limited to:
Facilitate the enrollment process for new hires, professional development, annual training, and any other required training
Oversee the team mailbox to ensure adherence to SLAs and timely filing of emails
Update shared calendars and learning management system with classroom schedule changes to reflect the new schedule
Arrange hotel accommodations for employees who are travelling to the training center
Communicate reminders for classroom training attendance
Process professional development certification completions for bonus payouts
Curate course content and learning assets
Position Requirements
High School diploma
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Strong prioritization and task management skills
Cross-functional team collaboration
Experience working in virtual teams and remote environments
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Previous experience working within a training environment
