A Brief Overview
The US LBM Lease Accountant is responsible for the execution of comprehensive financial reporting and analysis. Provides strategic partnership and guides financial decision-making through evaluation of complex financial data and methodologies.
What you will do
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual journal entries as needed
Perform account analysis and reconciliations
Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes, as well as ad hoc management reporting requests
Maintain standard operating procedures and accounting policies documentation
Collaborate with and support cross-functional teams to align accounting close and financial planning

Education Qualifications
Accounting degree required
CPA preferred
Experience Qualifications
4-6 years' experience in lease accounting and analysis
Experience with complex accounting topics preferred (leases, revenue recognition, financial reporting, etc.)
Public company experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
