Position: Attorney — Document Understanding

Type: Contract

Compensation: $85–$100/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities
• Evaluate AI-generated contract reviews to enhance legal reasoning and accuracy.
• Assess the quality of AI comprehension in agreements, briefs, and regulatory filings.
• Provide expert judgment on AI analysis of legal documents to ensure professional standards.
• Identify critical clauses and legal standards that AI may miss or misinterpret.
• Collaborate asynchronously and work independently to leverage legal expertise on your schedule.

Qualifications

Must-Have
• J.D. from a top law school.
• Experience in contract review, due diligence, or litigation support.
