Job Description:

Compensation: $1,200 US Dollars per month.

This is a Virtual Assistant position as an independent contractor. Paid time off and healthcare benefits are not provided.



We are seeking a high-performing Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across the entire firm—including legal, operations, corporate functions, and contract roles (Virtual Assistants). This role is critical to supporting our continued growth and requires someone who can consistently deliver high-quality candidates, manage multiple pipelines, and operate with urgency and precision in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.  

What You’ll Do:  

Own full-cycle recruiting across all areas of the firm: attorneys, legal staff, operations, corporate teams, and Virtual Assistants  

Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, priorities, and timelines  

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and targeted outreach  

Apply structured screening and filtering criteria to efficiently evaluate large applicant volumes and prioritize top candidates  

Conduct recruiter screenings and present well-qualified candidates with clear summaries  

Build and maintain strong, active pipelines across multiple role types  

Own daily pipeline movement, ensuring no backlog and consistent candidate progression  

Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communication from start to finish  

Ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience at every stage  

Leverage ATS and recruiting tools to manage workflows, track candidate activity, and support efficient hiring processes  

Track and manage recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates) to drive performance and decision-making  

Support early talent efforts, including law school outreach and intern pipelines 

Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (legal or professional services preferred)  

    Experience with SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System preferred 

    Proven ability to source and hire across a wide range of roles, including attorneys, staff, and remote/contract talent  

    Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines from scratch  

    Experience working in high-volume or fast-scaling recruiting environments strongly preferred  

    Bilingual English/Spanish required  

    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities  

    Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable operating with a high level of accountability
