Level’s Administrative Support
This is a remote position.
- Manage inbound tickets and provide updates related to payroll, HMO, billing, and admin operations
- Monitor timekeeping records and relevant tracking spreadsheet
- Pre-process payroll for final approval and manage monthly client billing
- Coordinate HMO requests and documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding VA concerns and other operational matters when needed
- Flag operational issues and suggest improvements when needed

Experience in operations or administrative management (corporate or remote work setting)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Clear written and verbal English communication
Experience communicating with clients professionally
Ability to work independently and stay accountable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
