• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Kansas.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably within outpatient mental health services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
