Responsibilities
- Conduct sales activities to generate new business and expand client base
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and ensure client satisfaction
- Provide expert advice on various insurance products
- Maintain accurate sales administration records and documentation for compliance purposes
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to their requirements
- Assist clients with benefits administration and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Participate in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and promote services
Skills
- Strong outside sales experience with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others
- Proficient in sales administration processes and tools
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred
- Background in retail sales is advantageous
