Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent – Warm Leads – Contra Costa (D-SNP Project)

We are expanding a Medicare outreach initiative in Contra Costa County to assist dual-eligible beneficiaries (Medicare + Medi-Cal) in accessing enhanced benefits through a local D-SNP plan. We are seeking licensed, professional insurance agents to contact permission-based, pre-qualified leads and assist beneficiaries with compliant Medicare enrollments. This is a phone-based role—agents will follow approved scripts and CMS guidelines.

We are especially seeking bilingual agents fluent in:
• Tagalog
• Vietnamese
• Korean
• Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)

Requirements:
• Active California Health Insurance License

Daily Expectations:
• 10-20 calls/day
• Documented lead dispositions in provided CRM
• Compliance-driven conversations only
