In this remote role, you will provide essential support to clients navigating their mental health journeys. If you have a commitment to making a difference and hold a valid LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Stay updated on the latest mental health trends and best practices through ongoing education and training.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of program initiatives.

Required Qualifications
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in mental health counseling preferred.
