Requirements

  • Active real estate license in the state of practice

    Demonstrated knowledge of local housing markets and current trends

    Strong communication and negotiation skills

    Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and results-focused

    Experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing is a plus

    Ability to work independently while contributing to a team culture

    Weekend availability as needed for client meetings and showings





Responsibilities



  • Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of real estate

    Prepare and review documents including offers and contracts

    Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships and follow-ups
