Responsibilities

Connect with inbound leads and follow up on marketing-driven opportunities

Identify and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions

Educate potential clients on coverage options and benefits

Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Maintain compliance with Allstate policies and industry regulations

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for customer service and helping others

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Insurance Producer License preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive in-house training

Compensation & Benefits

$42,000 - $150,000+ annually (base + commissions + bonuses)
