Licensed Therapist
About the Role
Clarvida is hiring a Licensed Clinician to join our remote team serving clients in Tehachapi, CA. As a Licensed Clinician, you will make clinical recommendations, implement and review treatment plans, conduct assessments, write progress and discharge summaries, and deliver psychotherapy—all aligned with Clarvida’s trauma‑informed, person‑centered care model.
Responsibilities
Conduct clinical assessments and create/update treatment plans
Provide individual psychotherapy and monitor progress via progress notes
Complete discharge summaries and other required documentation
Review cases and clinical outcomes to ensure treatment efficacy
Collaborate with care teams and community mental health resources
Required Qualifications
Licensed in California as LMSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT (must meet Board of Behavioral Sciences standards)
Experience applying psychological theories in practice
Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain clinical records accurately
Familiarity with community mental health resources preferred
Must reside in California, with ability to serve clients in Kern County
Compensation & Benefits
$37 per hour
