*Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Agent WFH REMOTE. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our online chat platform. This is a full-time remote position based in Raleigh, NC, with a salary range of $14 to $24 per hour.
*Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through our live chat platform
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
*Requirements:**
- Previous customer service experience in a chat or online support role preferred
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
