This position is remote and the ideal candidate will be located in Charlotte, North Carolina, or in a nearby area. As an Associate Level Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat... platform.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize innovative strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers and de-escalate challenging situations
- Collaborate with the customer service team to provide seamless support across all channels
- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with live chat platforms and CRM systems
