LMS Administrator - senior living
In this position, you will manage and optimize HumanGood’s learning management system (LMS), ensuring it serves as the central source of truth for training, compliance, and learning records. You’ll play a key role in supporting audit readiness and delivering a consistent, user-friendly learning experience across the organization.
You’ll partner with Learning & Development, Compliance, community teams, IT, and vendors to ensure training is accurately assigned, tracked, and reported.
Typical responsibilities include:
Administer the LMS, including user access, course setup, assignments, transcripts, and training records
Execute and track training plans, ensuring compliance requirements are met
Monitor training completion, identify gaps, and coordinate follow-up with stakeholders
Ensure all training records, certifications, and in-services are accurate and audit-ready
Maintain data integrity through consistent system setup, reporting, and LMS standards
Create reports and dashboards on compliance, participation, and training progress
Support learning plan configuration in a way that balances compliance with team member experience
Identify system issues and recommend improvements to processes and user experience
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot issues and support learning initiatives
To be successful in this role, you should have:
3–5 years of LMS or similar system administration experience
Experience with compliance training tracking and reporting
Strong analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, such as creating reports or dashboards
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain system processes and learning records clearly to users and leaders.
Preferred:
Experience with systems like Cornerstone, Workday Learning, Relias, or UKG
Experience in healthcare, senior living, or other regulated environments
Familiarity with role-based or competency-based learning programs
Experience partnering with vendors, IT, instructional design, and learning effectiveness teams.

Location: this position is remote with occasional travel. Candidates must be located in a state in which HumanGood operates to be considered (CA, PA, WA, OR, ID, NV, AZ, MA).
Compensation: $35-55/hr depending on experience and location
