We need a reliable Logistics Associate to support our shipping, inventory, and fulfillment operations. This is a key role in making sure everything moves smoothly, from coordinating deliveries to working with suppliers and our internal team.

Job Description

• Oversee item movement and logistics to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries

  Assist with shipping bookings and track delivery statuses

  Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking

  Support returns and exchanges by working with the customer support team

  Liaise with suppliers and production partners

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience

• Open to feedback and able to collaborate with a fast-moving team

• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Strong work ethic and startup-ready mindset

  Clear, prompt, and proactive communicator

  Experience as a freelancer or business owner is a plus

Salary and Setup

• Starts with hourly-based pay; can transition to output-based

• Part-time or full-time

• Flexibility for hybrid work, especially with strong output; training is primarily onsite

  Terms are negotiable depending on performance and fit
