We are looking for a highly organized Logistics & Operations Coordinator for a long-term role helping manage deliveries, customer communication, and day-to-day logistics.

A big part of this role is calling customers and coordinating deliveries during Mountain Time business hours, so strong spoken English and clear communication are essential.

Responsibilities:

Call customers to coordinate delivery timing

Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email

Coordinate with delivery companies and installers

Schedule, track, and update deliveries

Keep records updated and organized in our system

Monitor pending, scheduled, completed, rescheduled, and missed deliveries

Handle reschedules, exceptions, and communication issues

Escalate problems quickly when needed

Help keep the entire logistics process smooth and professional

You are a good fit if you:

Speak and write excellent English

Are comfortable making outbound phone calls

Can work during Mountain Time business hours

Are highly organized and detail-oriented

Are reliable and consistent

Are strong at follow-up

Stay calm when dealing with moving parts and last-minute changes

Can keep systems clean and updated without being micromanaged

Nice to have:

Experience in logistics, dispatch, scheduling, operations, or customer coordination

Experience working with delivery companies or service businesses

Experience with Airtable, CRMs, or similar systems

Important:

This is not just a data entry role. We need someone who can take ownership of the coordination side, communicate clearly, stay on top of details, and keep operations moving.

When applying, please include:

A short summary of your experience in logistics, scheduling, operations, or customer coordination

Your experience making customer and vendor phone calls

Your availability during Mountain Time

The systems/tools you have used before
