Long-Term Voice-Over Narrator for YouTube Channels — $400/month + Optional On-Camera Bonus

I run YouTube channels in the esoteric/spiritual niche — consciousness, manifestation, ancient wisdom, Hermetic philosophy, and related themes. I'm scaling production and need a dedicated voice-over partner to join the team long-term.

This is a steady, predictable gig, not a one-off:

– 10 videos per month

– Each video is 40 minutes / ~5,500–6,000 words

– $40 per finished video ($400/month consistent income)

– Weekly batching: I deliver 2–3 scripts at once, you return audio within 4–5 days

– Minimum 6-month commitment expected from both sides

Native or near-native English required — the voice must sound natural to a US/UK audience.

The voice I'm looking for:

– Calm, warm, slightly mysterious — meditation-teacher meets documentary narrator

– Unhurried pace (~140–150 wpm), comfortable with long-form

– NOT commercial/hype/radio energy

Technical requirements:

– Treated home studio (no echo, no background noise, no HVAC hum)

– Delivery: WAV 44.1kHz or 320kbps MP3

– Fully cleaned audio: noise reduction, de-clicking, consistent levels, one file per script

– Ability to sustainably handle ~100 minutes of finished narration per week

OPTIONAL BONUS — On-camera hook (+$10 per video):

If you have a camera setup (webcam or phone is fine — nothing fancy required) and good lighting, I'll pay an additional $10 per video for a 10–15 second on-camera intro. You appear in front of the camera, deliver the opening hook of the script (we provide the text), and the rest of the video continues as standard voice-over with our visuals.

Requirements for the on-camera bonus:

– Decent natural or ring lighting (no harsh shadows, no overhead office light)

– Stable shot (tripod or stable surface, no shaky handheld)

– 1080p minimum, 4K preferred

– Plain or simple background (bookshelf, plant, clean wall — nothing distracting)

– Comfortable being on camera and natural eye contact with the lens

This is OPTIONAL. If you're audio-only, that's totally fine — don't let this stop you from applying.
