Luxury Homeware Customer Care Rep - 1099 Contractor - 6/04 Start (#DWS)

We are looking for passionate Customer Service Agents for our June 4th, 2026, class to represent one of the world's most prestigious Home Décor and Homeware Brands. This is a virtual customer support job taking incoming calls, working from home using your own computer equipment that meets the technical requirements outlined below. You must be able to establish a designated workspace, free from noise and distractions, to handle incoming phone calls. We provide client support via PHONE/CHAT, assisting with client inquiries, troubleshooting and general support.

Must be able to work at least one weekend day and have a flexible schedule.
• Pay Rate:  Production: $15.60/hour ; Training: $14.40/hour
• Training: 12 days (6/4 - 6/19)
• Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST
• Work Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM EST
• Work-At-Home: Fully virtual position
• Technology: You will need to have your own equipment. (See below specifications.)

Standard Connection / Speed

· Must have Hard-wired connection (no wireless/WiFi)

· Minimum 45 Mpbs download speed / Minimum 10 Mpbs upload speed

· Internet connection must not be shared with more than 3 devices in the same location.
