What You Need to Be Successful:
Professional level fluency in English is required.
Professional-level fluency in French is an asset.
Experience and/or education in Hospitality, Tourism, Sales, Customer Service, or Contact Centre is required, combined with a passion for helping others.
Multitask Efficiently: Seamlessly navigate multiple software systems while communicating with guests to offer smooth, efficient service
Availability, Location and Internet:
Must be currently legally able to work full time in Canada
Must be able to work from 5:30pm to 2:00am or 6:30pm to 03:00am (your choice), including weekends and holidays, with some rotating weekends off
