We’re a photography company looking for a talented designer to help us create a clean, efficient, and visually engaging email template in Mailchimp. Our goal is to streamline our email marketing process, save time, and maintain a consistent, on-brand look across all communications.

What We’re Looking For:

Design a reusable Mailchimp template that is easy for our team to update

Create clearly defined sections for:

-News & announcements

-Client updates / recent work

-Promotions or offerings

-Visual storytelling (photo highlights)

-Ensure the design aligns with our brand aesthetic (modern, clean, photography-focused)

-Mobile-friendly and optimized for readability

-Simple backend structure so we can quickly plug in content each time

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced with Mailchimp template design

Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy

Understands how to showcase photography within email formats. Detail-oriented and able to create efficient systems

Bonus:

Experience working with creative businesses or photographers. Ability to suggest improvements for email strategy and flow.
