Overview
Do you want to be known as a Cyber Security Leader? Our Managed Services Representatives guide our Managed Service customers as they plan and implement their Cyber Security Training and Awareness programs. Our representatives bring Proofpoint’s experience and Best Practices with them.

Our customers lean on us for our expertise and eye for detail. Do you have the need for speed? As our customer-base continues to grow and our technology solutions are constantly updated, we strive to work efficiently & effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

That means we also need to be excellent at time management and prioritizing. Do you sweat the small stuff? Our customers rely on us to plan their projects and ensure they go off without a hitch.

We’re organized, meticulous and responsive. All details are to be considered before rolling out a program. “If it’s mentionable, it’s manageable.” Have a desire to work independently AND part of a team? We believe it’s important to have demonstrated the ability to work independently or part of a team.

While most of the work we do is independent, we share what we know and step in to assist others on the team in order to meet the needs of all our customers.

This role follows a schedule aligned with Pacific Time (PT) business hours.
Your Day to Day
Work with customers to plan their annual Security Training and Assessment program

Develop implementation and communication strategies

Create and launch training assignments, assessment campaigns and status reports

Resolve low-level technical issues as they pertain to Proofpoint Security software

Follow approved escalation process for all other software concerns

Handle a Managed Services account load and keep an updated status for each of the Managed Services customers in our CRM system. Must also provide detailed updates for customer interactions and planning sessions.

What You Bring to the Team
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience

Excellent written and oral communications skills are mandatory, as is a solid understanding of SaaS

Strong interpersonal and customer management skills

Demonstrated ability to develop technical skills

Excellent time management skills

Adaptive skills, learns quickly, asks questions, and solves and resolves independently

High energy, confident, and enthusiastic attitude

Experience with HTML, Salesforce, Splunk, Microsoft Excel, Access and Project a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets as set out below. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable compensation and/or equity.

We offer a competitive benefits package, including flexible time off, a comprehensive well-being program with two paid Wellbeing Days and two paid Volunteer Days per year, plus a three-week Work from Anywhere option. Base Pay Ranges:

SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:
Base Pay Range: 92,800.00 - 136,070.00 USD
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:
Base Pay Range: 75,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD
All other cities and states excluding those listed above:
Base Pay Range: 68,600.00 - 100,650.00 USD
