You’ll see first-hand how these efforts create a measurable impact in the education market and contribute to student success.</span><br><span>We are looking for a<strong> Management Trainee </strong>to join our team in <strong>Hyderabad</strong>.</span></p><p><span><strong>What will you be doing?</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Work closely with senior leaders at McGraw Hill India to gain exposure to critical aspects of our strategy and approach</span></li><li><span>Develop a deeper understanding of the Indian education system by contributing to ongoing, real-world projects</span></li><li><span>Strengthen your knowledge of McGraw Hill’s test prep product portfolio and its value for educators and learners</span></li><li><span>Build and nurture relationships with key retail accounts and high-performing outlets across the country</span></li><li><span>Learn to plan and execute impactful promotional activities and campaigns at the retail level to drive demand</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with retail account managers to understand how data insights, promotions, and product knowledge influence performance at the outlet level</span></li><li><span>Gain hands-on experience in executing the AdvantEdge loyalty and incentive program at strategic retail outlets</span></li><li><span>Learn how to monitor program adoption, track key performance indicators (conversion, engagement, ROI), and provide regular feedback for optimization</span></li><li><span>Train and support retailers and counter staff in communicating program benefits, ensuring smooth execution, and managing reporting processes</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>We are looking for someone:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>A bachelor’s degree required, good to have a post graduate degree</span></li><li><span>Prior work experience, internships, certifications, bootcamps, or extra-curricular involvement that demonstrates initiative and leadership will be considered an added advantage</span></li><li><span>Comfortable with traveling across regions in Hyderabad</span></li><li><span>Self-starter with the ability to navigate complexity and take ownership</span></li><li><span>Strong learning mindset with analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving skills</span></li><li><span>Strong, clear, structured communication and presentation skills with attention to process and detail</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Why work with us?</strong></span><br><span>There has never been a better time to join McGraw Hill.
