Manager, Advanced Analytics, New Business
Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Manager, Advanced Analytics, New Business to lead a talented team of analysts and drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a key member of our Advanced Analytics team, you will report directly to the Director, Advanced Analytics, and play a pivotal role in supporting strategic business initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of business analysts, fostering a culture of agility and growth.
- Conduct advanced data analysis and statistical modeling to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Design and oversee experiments to evaluate the impact of new initiatives and strategies.
- Develop critical business metrics to monitor and drive growth in new marketplaces.
- Build sophisticated reporting and analytical tools that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- A quantitative undergraduate degree (economics, statistics, math, data science, etc.) with a strong preference for candidates holding an MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- 10+ years of experience in a related field with deep technical expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and analytics tools.
- A minimum of 2 years as a people manager leading a team.
- Robust business acumen, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to make informed judgments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate and influence across functions.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with a variety of stakeholders and conveying complex concepts in an accessible manner.
