The Manager, Global Supply Chain partners with Commercial, Finance, and Site Supply Chain Leads to strengthen Curia's inventory management practices across raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods. Core responsibilities include global inventory reporting, near- and long-term inventory projections, S&OP coordination, and monthly KPI reporting to senior leadership through the S&OP and Inventory Steering Committee.

The role drives accuracy in site Master Data, maintains optimal inventory balances, and proactively identifies supply chain risks. Working within global guidelines, the Manager aligns demand and supply across multiple regions to ensure MPS and MRP are running effectively.

Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for all inventory management activities, spanning site inventory, global procurement, planned RM delivery, and production-to-on-hand tracking

Lead lot-level inventory management, reporting, and disposition in collaboration with Site Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations

Manage site cycle count programs, year-end counts, and operational efficiency initiatives

Maintain the reporting repository within BI for site reduction actions, reprocessing, and blocked inventory

Reporting & Analytics

Own all inventory and KPI reporting supporting the S&OP cycle, including DRM, SRM, Site S&OP, and ES&OP

Ensure the Business Intelligence tool is current, accurate, and aligned with ERP; drive ongoing enhancements

Develop and improve tools for timely measurement, reporting, and forward-looking inventory visibility across all cross-functional stakeholders

Track inventory trends, support cycle count and audit activities, and deliver ad hoc analysis with regular updates on financial impact

Planning & Cross-Functional Alignment

Support alignment of demand and supply planning processes and global MPS

Engage planners to confirm production feasibility and identify MPS gaps

Support monthly Supply Review meetings with MPS leaders

Ensure monthly alignment across all functions on inventory — RM, intermediate, and finished goods

Engage Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, and Business Unit leaders to evaluate inventory trends and define optimization actions

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience in inventory management within a supply chain organization

Previous process manufacturing and planning experience 

Degree in business, or related field

Solid working knowledge/experience with SAP, Oracle, JDE ERP systems or comparable ERP systems

Strong ability to create PowerPoint Presentations and report out to senior management

Strong Analytical and Statistical Skills

Demonstrated change management experience

Work in a Global Environment across multiple time zones

Preferred

Certification in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Planning 

Pharmaceutical environment or similar

Clear understanding of Supply Chain Best Practices 

Proven track record of building strong relationships across the network

APICS certification & Lean Six Sigma Certification as a plus

BI experience

Pay Range: $111,000 - $139,000
