The Manager for the HR Functional Solutions leads a team of functional and data analysts to deliver a global HR roadmap aligned to the COEs requirement. This role translates global HR strategy into scalable, compliant processes and system capabilities, ensuring high-quality delivery. Will partner closely with the Global Product Owner, HRIS technical teams, regional HR leaders, and external consultants to deliver HR solution, support operations, and drive continuous improvement across the HR tech landscape.
This is a remote opportunity in the US not eligible for visa sponsorship. Preference in the East coast.
