The Manager of Organizational & Leadership Development is responsible for strengthening leadership capability, improving organizational effectiveness, and driving talent outcomes. This role partners with HR to execute performance management, talent management, and succession planning while ensuring scalable, practical solutions across the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Drive organizational effectiveness including org design, workforce planning, and role clarity
Lead and improve the enterprise performance management process
Execute talent reviews, 9-box calibration, and development planning
Support succession planning and bench strength development
Design and facilitate leadership development programs including the creation of a high-potential program
Develop learning tools, playbooks, and materials
Track and report on performance, talent, and leadership metrics
Support Head of HR in monthly business review preparation
Support change initiatives across the organization
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING
Required
Age 21 or over
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
5–8+ years in OD, Talent, L&D, or HRBP roles
Experience with performance management and talent reviews
Strong facilitation and program design capability
Ability to influence and partner with leaders
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to remain in a stationary position.
Ability to assist with lifting stock and materials.
Routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, or photocopiers
Occasionally positions self to retrieve product or materials in the store, including accessing shelving in the storage area.
