Job Summary:

Summary Description

We’re looking for a user centric Product Design or UX team manager who leads with craft, clarity, AI, and care. You’re as comfortable driving planning and delivery as you are standing up user research, and you use AI thoughtfully to accelerate insight, ideation, accessibility, and designtodev workflows. You thrive on innovating and have experience enabling teams through AI capability building, coaching designers in responsible use while keeping strong design judgment front and center. You bring confident designlead instincts, act as a mentor in research and UX practice, and stay close enough to the work to guide teams with clarity and credibility. If you thrive on growing people, elevating craft, and leading a closeknit, talented team with measurable outcomes, we’d love to meet you.
