About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced SDR Manager to lead and grow a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives. This role owns the top of the funnel, driving qualified outbound pipeline while developing strong sales talent.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, coaching, and building a team that consistently performs at a high level.

This is an active, open full-time opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Lead and develop the SDR team, managing day-to-day performance and growth

Run regular 1:1s, call reviews, and pipeline reviews with clear, practical coaching

Own outbound pipeline targets and ensure consistent delivery of qualified opportunities

Build and refine prospecting strategies across email, phone, and LinkedIn

Monitor activity and conversion metrics, identify gaps, and adjust approach

Develop and maintain playbooks, onboarding, and training programs

Ensure CRM accuracy, data hygiene, and reliable reporting

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps on targeting, lead flow, and handoffs

Report on team performance, pipeline trends, and forecasts

Who You Are

2+ years of experience leading or managing SDR or BDR teams

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and meeting generation targets

Strong understanding of outbound prospecting across email, phone, and social channels

Experience coaching reps and improving performance through structured feedback

Data-driven approach to managing activity, conversion rates, and forecasting

Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Experience in B2B SaaS preferred, especially within IT or Microsoft 365-related environments

Experience hiring, onboarding, and scaling SDR teams in a fast-paced setting
