Manager, Sales Operations (Remote)

Position Overview: We are seeking a Manager of Sales Operations to lead and scale our global sales operations function. This role will be responsible for driving sales performance through data, process optimization, and systems management, while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success. 

This individual will initially manage our Salesforce Administrator, with the opportunity to build and lead a broader Sales Operations team over time. 
 

Key Responsibilities 

Sales Operations & Strategy 

Partner with Sales leadership to drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and performance insights across global teams (North America, South America, EMEA) 

Translate business objectives into scalable sales processes and operational frameworks 

Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales productivity and efficiency 
 

Reporting & Analytics 

Own sales reporting and dashboards, delivering actionable insights to leadership 

Develop and maintain KPI tracking across pipeline, bookings, conversion rates, and sales performance 

Leverage Power BI (or similar tools) to enhance data visualization and executive reporting 
 

Salesforce & Systems Optimization 

Serve as the functional owner of Salesforce, ensuring data integrity, usability, and scalability 

Oversee Salesforce administration, including workflow automation, flows, validation rules, and system enhancements 

Continuously optimize Salesforce to support evolving business needs and sales processes 

Process Governance & Enablement 

Establish and enforce standardized sales processes and data hygiene practices 

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the revenue lifecycle 

Support territory planning, account assignment, and process adherence 
 

Team Leadership 

Manage and mentor the Salesforce Administrator, with responsibility for growing the Sales Operations team over time 

Build a high-performing, data-driven operations culture 
 

Qualifications 

5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles 

2+ years of experience managing or leading team members 

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin-level proficiency required), including: 

Flow automation 

Reporting & dashboards 

Data model understanding and system optimization 

Experience with Power BI (or comparable BI tools) for reporting and analytics 

Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success 

Experience supporting multi-region or global sales teams preferred 

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights 

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
