Manual QA Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Manual QA Specialist to perform daily quality assurance on our workflows. The role involves manually verifying and testing our deployment processes to ensure top-notch quality and reliability. While the work is critical to our daily operations and overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily manual testing of our workflows to validate functionality and performance.

- Follow detailed test plans and document findings, reporting any defects or issues clearly.

- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues.

- Maintain consistent quality standards across manual deployments.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in manual QA or similar roles.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to testing.

- Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.

- Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration.

- Availability to work with a minimum 4-hour overlap in EDT, ideally starting after 10 AM EDT.

Additional Information:

- This position requires a daily commitment of a couple of hours.

- Candidates must be comfortable with manual, hands-on work and understand its importance to ensuring the quality of our deployments.
