ManyChat Automation Specialist Needed for Keyword Response

We are seeking a skilled ManyChat specialist to automate responses based on specific keywords. The job involves setting up a greeting message and a follow-up message for users who trigger the keyword. You will also need to tag users to streamline communication and avoid sending repeated messages. Additionally, a notification for follow-up will be required 2 days after the initial response. FLOW OBJECTIVE #1

The goal is to automatically reply to a specific keyword that a user sends via Instagram DM in response to a CTA in my posts.

Each keyword must trigger:

•A greeting + a pre-written message associated with that keyword

• Only one response per user per keyword (avoid duplicate messages caused by IG or ManyChat delays)

• Apply a tag to the user after sending the message, so the system knows they already received it

• A notification/reminder after 2 days so I can manually follow up

IDEAL FLOW STRUCTURE IN MANYCHAT

1. Create a “Keyword Trigger” for each keyword

Go to: Automation → Keywords

For each keyword (example: PADRE)

• Condition: If message contains: “PADRE”

• Action: Start a Flow → select the corresponding flow

Repeat this for all keywords:

PADRE, MASCULINO, AMAZONAS, CONSTELAR, LINAJE, PRINCESO

Tip: Use Exact Match to avoid false triggers from similar words.

2. Build the base flow with one single welcome message

Inside the Flow Builder:

1. Add one message block with the pre-written greeting + response for that keyword

2. Disable Smart Delays, Conditions, and “Continue to next step”—the flow must end after that message

3. Add a tag to track delivery

o Example: Tag: Keyword_PADRE

This tag is essential to avoid repeated replies.

3. Prevent duplicate messages (critical)

In the flow settings:

• Enable “Stop multiple triggers per user”

• Enable “User can trigger this keyword only once”
