Job Overview: We're seeking a skilled Market Research Executive to drive our research efforts, analyzing industry trends, and identifying new opportunities. As a key member of our team, you'll conduct primary and secondary research, develop targeted databases, and collaborate with our sales and growth teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and industry analysis to identify target accounts and companies


• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of target markets, including contacts and geography-specific information


• Support Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with targeted campaign databases


• Meet monthly and quarterly targets, with a focus on delivering high-quality results


• Map our offerings to target markets, understanding their characteristics and needs


• Proactively identify new accounts and contacts, with a focus on niche regions and industries


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions


• Generate reports on database creation and work closely with sales and growth teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

• 2.5-6 years of relevant experience in market research or a related field


• Basic understanding of primary and secondary research methodologies


• Proficiency in tools like Excel, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Rocket Reach, Lusha, Traxcn, Hubspot, or Outplay


• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights


• Proven track record of producing results, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
