Job Description – Marketing Associate
Role Overview
SPARK+ Technologies is looking for a Marketing Associate to support marketing, outreach, and communication activities for SOLO Network. This role involves working on campaigns, student engagement initiatives, social media coordination, webinars, events, and promotional activities to help expand the platform’s reach among students, institutions, employers, and industry partners.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be proactive in execution, and be comfortable coordinating with different stakeholders. This role offers hands-on exposure to marketing operations, branding, outreach, and growth activities within an EdTech and workforce-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and outreach activities for SOLO Network
Assist in social media management, content coordination, and engagement activities
Organize and coordinate webinars, workshops, events, and promotional campaigns
Communicate and coordinate with students, institutions, employers, and partners for various initiatives
Create and assist with marketing materials such as presentations, posters, captions, and promotional content
Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels
Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and campaign tracking
Maintain regular follow-ups and coordinate responses for ongoing marketing activities
Work closely with internal teams on branding, communication, and promotional strategies
Support student engagement and platform visibility initiatives
Requirements
Preferred Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest or experience in marketing, branding, outreach, or EdTech-related activities
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
Creative thinking with good execution and coordination skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to manage timelines and follow-ups effectively
Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Eligibility
Available for full-time employment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable interacting with students, institutions, and external stakeholders
Basic knowledge of Canva, presentations, social media tools, or marketing platforms is an added advantage.
