Marketing Associate – Spine

6‑Month Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our Spine Marketing team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, supporting key marketing activities across a fast‑paced, clinically complex portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross‑functionally, managing detail, and supporting the delivery of high‑quality campaigns and materials.

The Role

As a Marketing Associate, you will provide hands‑on support to the Spine Marketing and Sales team, helping to ensure projects, campaigns and operational activities run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, launches and initiatives

Coordinating marketing materials, collateral updates and asset management

Assisting with event support, including congresses, internal meetings and training sessions

Working with sales, clinical and global marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding

Managing administrative tasks such as POs, budgeting support, tracking timelines and reporting

Supporting compliance processes to ensure materials meet regulatory and internal standards

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and keen to learn.

You are likely to have:

Some experience in marketing, communications or a commercial support role

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Confidence working with stakeholders at different levels

A collaborative mindset and a willingness to take ownership of tasks
